Online booking and consultations.
You can use PATCHS to arrange both a traditional face to face or telephone appointment, and to consult with us online. You can also use it to share information with your usual clinician and for administration queries. Every PATCHS request is reviewed by a trained member or staff and clinician.
To ensure we’re able to respond to every request in a safe and timely manner, we need to ensure we’re not overwhelmed at peak times. Therefore, we have to occasionally limit the number of online requests we can safely deal with each day, dependent on the number of GPs we have available. This will mean PATCHS will occasionally not accept new requests for consultations.
If your request is not urgent (not needing an appointment in the next 48 hours), please use PATCHS to submit your request. If your request is urgent or you are not an online user, please phone the surgery and choose option 1.
Please do not use PATCHS for requesting medications and blood results. This can be done through the NHS app. Alternatively if you are not an online user, you can request a paper copy of your blood results by calling reception or walking into the surgery. You are able to hand in a paper form to request your prescriptions too.
Thank you for your understanding.
