PATCHS is live

We are now live with PATCHS – the new way to contact us online – a replacement for  askmyGP which is no longer available.

You access PATCHS via our home page – just click on the Request a consultation tab on the menu at the top of the home page and you will be directed to PATCHS.

If PATCHs is closed for clinical requests (because we have exceeded our safe capacity), we will still be accepting:

  • PATCHS registrations
  • Admin queries
  • Medication queries.

If you need urgent help, please call the surgery.

All our patients will need to complete a simple registration form for PATCHS – we’ve put together some instructions to help you which we hope you will find useful.

You can register any time – either before you need to make a request or on the day you need some help.

You can also register people you care for as patients need to be over 16 years of age to have a PATCHS account.
