Calling The Middlewood Partnership
The Middlewood Partnership is a merged Primary Care Network (PCN), consisting of four surgeries across Bollington, Disley and Poynton.
By calling any of our surgeries, patients are placed into a single call queue, and we have a team of up to 10 Patient Service Advisors working across Middlewood to take your call. Our call waiting times are usually shortest later in the day; if your call is not urgent, you may wish to call us back at a quieter time.

Out of Hours
Outside of the practice working hours, patients can take medical advice and guidance from NHS111 by dialling 111 from your telephone or visiting: https://111.nhs.uk/
The Out of Hours GP service is administered by East Cheshire NHS Trust and commissioned by the NHS Cheshire & Merseyside Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Enhanced Access Appointments
Alongside our general appointments, as a merged PCN, the surgery offers Enhanced Access to our services outside usual working hours.
We offer appointments at selected surgery sites during the following times:
- 7:30am – 8:00am – Monday – Friday
- 6:30pm – 8:00pm – Monday – Thursday
Additionally, Middlewood patients can access Enhanced Access appointments at Macclesfield Health Hub, administered by Vernova Healthcare CIC:
- 6:30pm – 8:00pm on Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm on Saturday
